This Warranty Page explains the protection you receive with each service and the simple steps that help your home stay cleaner, longer. Our goal is to give you clear expectations, honest communication, and peace of mind from the start.

1. Our Warranty Promise

We believe quality work should last. Because we use safe Soft-Wash cleaning (not harsh pressure), the results stay cleaner for much longer and we back that with strong warranties. Our Freedom From Green Guarantees are our way of protecting your home and showing you that we stand behind the work we do.

When we say “If the green comes back, so do we,” we mean it.

2. House Washing Warranty - 12-Month Freedom From Green Guarantee

Your home deserves results that last. Every full house wash includes our 12-Month Freedom From Green Guarantee. If algae or mildew returns on treated siding within 12 months, we come back and retreat those areas at no cost.

We also point out conditions like heavy shade or thick tree cover that can hold moisture longer than normal - because more sunlight equals longer-lasting results.

3. House Washing Color & Oxidation Expectations

Many homes naturally develop oxidation over the years - a chalky or faded look caused by the sun. Soft washing removes dirt, but it can reveal oxidation more clearly because the surface is now clean.

This is common on older siding and is not caused by the washing itself. We will always point oxidation out when we see it so you know what to expect.

Soft washing restores cleanliness and curb appeal, but it can’t reverse sun aging or color fading - and we want you to feel informed, not surprised.

4. Roof Cleaning Warranty - 24-Month Black Streak Free Guarantee

Your roof is one of the biggest investments on your property, and it deserves real protection. Every roof cleaning includes our 24-Month Black Streak Free Guarantee. If black streaks return on treated areas within two years, we come back and retreat them for free no questions asked.

We will also show you if your roof sits under dense trees, holds moisture, or collects needles - all factors that can make any roof age faster.

5. Roof Color Variation Expectations

Every roof tells its own story. Sun exposure, age, repairs, and ventilation all impact how shingles weather. After cleaning, it’s normal to see lighter or darker areas where the roof has aged unevenly over time.

These color differences are part of the natural life of a roof and do not mean the cleaning caused damage. Soft washing removes the growth - but it can’t change the natural wear patterns of older shingles.

Our job is to bring out the roof’s true condition safely, and we’re always upfront about what to expect.

6. What the Warranty Covers

We keep our warranties simple and strong. They cover organic growth that returns on surfaces we cleaned within the active coverage period.

This includes:

  • Green or black algae

  • Mildew

  • Light moss regrowth

  • Organic streaking caused by growth

If it comes back within your coverage window, we come back.

7. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

Some issues are outside the control of any cleaning company, and we want to set clear expectations from day one. These items are not covered because they are not caused by organic growth.

This includes:

  • Excessive shade or tree cover causing constant moisture

  • Oxidation or UV fading on siding

  • Rust, sap, paint, or chemical stains

  • Hard water or mineral deposits

  • Storm damage or falling debris

  • Landscaping touching siding

  • Chimney runoff or frost-related stains

  • Surfaces we did not clean

  • Heavy moss or lichen too advanced for full removal

Our goal is always to be honest about what can and cannot be reversed.

8. Keeping Your Warranty Active

We want your home to stay clean as long as possible. The steps below help your results last and keep your warranty active:

  • Trim bushes and branches touching the house

  • Reduce heavy tree cover when possible

  • Keep gutters clear and flowing

  • Avoid DIY chemicals on cleaned surfaces

  • Do not paint or sand treated areas

  • Contact us promptly if you see growth returning

These simple steps help your home stay cleaner for longer.

9. Requesting a Warranty Retreat

If you notice organic growth returning within your warranty period, reach out and we’ll schedule a retreat visit. To help us respond quickly, please provide:

  • Your name and address

  • Your original service date

  • A short description of the issue

  • A photo if you have one

We’ll take it from there.

10. Warranty Limitations & Conditions

This warranty applies only to surfaces we cleaned during the original service. It does not extend to new issues caused by leaks, irrigation spray, drainage problems, constant moisture, or areas that can’t dry because of heavy shade or landscaping.

Retreats cover only the areas where organic growth has returned.

11. Why We Offer This Warranty

Most companies rinse surfaces or use harsh pressure that hides growth but doesn’t kill it. Our Soft-Wash system treats the problem at the root - and that’s why we can confidently offer 12-month siding coverage and 24-month roof coverage.
