Freedom Powerwash – Terms of Service
Effective Date: March 15, 2025
By scheduling or accepting an estimate, invoice, or service from Freedom Powerwash, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms are designed to protect both the customer and Freedom Powerwash by clearly outlining expectations, responsibilities, and policies.
1. Scheduling & Weather Delays
- All service dates are tentative and subject to change based on weather conditions, equipment issues, or unforeseen delays.
- We will notify you as soon as possible if rescheduling is necessary.
2. Access & Utility Requirements
- Customer must ensure that all necessary areas are accessible, including gates, driveways, and work zones.
- A functional water supply within 100 feet of the work area is required unless otherwise arranged.
- Freedom Powerwash is not responsible for delays or rescheduling fees resulting from inaccessible job sites.
3. Property Conditions & Limitations
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage, including loose siding, chipped paint, rotted wood, or deteriorated concrete, stucco, or shingles.
- Photographs may be taken before and after service for quality control and liability protection.
- Delicate surfaces and landscaping will be treated with care, but we are not responsible for damage to unmarked hazards or fragile areas.
4. Stains & Cleaning Expectations
- While we strive to achieve the best possible results, some stains (e.g., rust, oil, artillery fungus, oxidation) may be permanent or require specialty treatment at additional cost.
5. Use of Chemicals
- We use industry-standard cleaning solutions that are safe for homes, pets, and landscaping when used correctly.
- Customer must inform us of any chemical sensitivities, environmental concerns, or known restrictions prior to service.
6. Water Usage & Environmental Compliance
- By hiring Freedom Powerwash, you grant permission to use on-site water as needed for the job.
- If water must be supplied by us, additional charges will apply.
7. Payments & Fees
- Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Accepted payment methods include cash, check, and approved digital payments.
- Invoices unpaid after 7 days may incur a 10% late fee.
- Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee.
8. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of service may be subject to a 25% fee.
- No-shows or inaccessible properties at time of service may result in a minimum service fee.
9. Priority Service Upgrade
- Emergency or rush services (requiring after-hours, holiday, or schedule disruptions) may be offered at an additional fee. See estimate for details.
10. Liability Disclaimer
- Freedom Powerwash carries general liability insurance, but is not responsible for damage resulting from unreported pre-existing conditions, improper maintenance, or customer-provided materials.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to notify us of any concerns before service begins.
11. Satisfaction Guarantee
- If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 48 hours. We will assess the concern and return to address reasonable issues at no additional charge.
